By downloading, installing, or accessing Scrollodoro (either via the Android application or the web platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application immediately.
2. Use License & Scope
Scrollodoro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app strictly for personal, non-commercial productivity purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform code for unauthorized commercial redistribution.
3. Intellectual Property & Artwork Credits
The custom user interface components, software engineering architecture, and branding properties remain the exclusive property of Scrollodoro. The decorative side-scrolling pixel-art background environments are assets created by external designers and are utilized under proper licensing arrangements. Full artist attributions can be viewed directly within the app's native Credits screen.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Scrollodoro is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. While designed to streamline your daily workflow, we make no guarantees that the app will operate entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or that audio alarms will fire perfectly under custom device battery-saver restriction profiles.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer of Scrollodoro be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use, or inability to use, this application.
6. Updates and Reworks
We reserve the right to modify, replace, or update app features or structure at any time to improve compatibility, platform integrations, or styling standards.
