Yes! Once you've downloaded the app, you can use Scrollodoro without an internet connection. All the features, including the dynamic environments and timer, work fully offline.

Can I customize my focus and break durations?

Yes. Beyond the standard 25/5 Pomodoro interval, you can switch to Reverse Pomodoro mode or set fully custom focus and break periods to match your own rhythm. You can also activate random mode for a surprise mix of intervals to keep things fresh.

How do the pixel art environments work — are they always the same?

Environments are randomly generated from changing the layers of the parallax background, so you get a unique combination each time.

Is the timer distracting to look at while I'm trying to concentrate?

It's designed to do the opposite — the parallax scenery runs quietly in the background while you work, giving you something calming to glance at instead of a stark countdown number.
